At Junior ("we," "our," or "us"), we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our services.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- We do not provide partial refunds for monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your annual subscription
- After 30 days, refunds are provided on a prorated basis, less a processing fee
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to steven@usejunior.com
3. Trial Periods
For services with trial periods:
- No charges are made during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge
- If you don't cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected
4. Enterprise Agreements
For enterprise customers:
- Refund policies are governed by the terms of your enterprise agreement
- Please refer to your specific contract terms or contact your account manager

- Include your account information and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees or implementation fees
- Custom development work
- Third-party integrations
- Services already rendered
7. Processing Time
Once approved:
- Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take 10-15 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

We reserve the right to:
- Make exceptions to this policy at our discretion
- Require additional information before processing refunds
- Deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy
