1. Overview

At Junior ("we," "our," or "us"), we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our services.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • We do not provide partial refunds for monthly subscriptions
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your annual subscription
  • After 30 days, refunds are provided on a prorated basis, less a processing fee
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to steven@usejunior.com

3. Trial Periods

For services with trial periods:

  • No charges are made during the trial period
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge
  • If you don't cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected

4. Enterprise Agreements

For enterprise customers:

  • Refund policies are governed by the terms of your enterprise agreement
  • Please refer to your specific contract terms or contact your account manager

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email your refund request to steven@usejunior.com
  2. Include your account information and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or implementation fees
  • Custom development work
  • Third-party integrations
  • Services already rendered

7. Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 10-15 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to:

  • Make exceptions to this policy at our discretion
  • Require additional information before processing refunds
  • Deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy
  • Change this policy at any time without notice
