w:sectPr paragraph-level section break emission
A non-final section's properties bind through a w:sectPr inside the
w:pPr of a dedicated break paragraph — the shape Word itself produces on
Insert → Section Break, and the one that sidesteps the trailing-table case
(a table cannot carry section properties). The generation document emitter
appends such a break paragraph after every non-final section's blocks;
auditSectPr verifies the pPr-only placement on the way back out.
