Safe DOCX posture
REF field instruction classification and preservation
Forced main-document rebuild classifies a self-contained REF instruction with
one bookmark argument and a bounded switch vocabulary; the \d switch requires
and consumes one separator argument. When the complete field range is unchanged,
comparison preserves its ordered XML topology as a SafeDocX metamorphic
invariant. This entry does not claim bookmark resolution, cached-result
correctness, or field evaluation.
