Generation emits one custom compatibility setting under w:compat, carrying the required name, URI, and value attributes in the settings sequence. ECMA-376 defines this extensibility structure; MS-DOCX §2.3.5, not ECMA-376, defines the Microsoft compatibilityMode values and assigns the semantics of value 15.
